The Hereward College ACCESS Centre is not-for-profit and provides assessments for UK students who are eligible for the Disabled Student Allowance (DSA).
Our approach to assessment is flexible to changing circumstances. With over thirty years' of dedicated experience, including expertise in assistive technology, occupational therapy, and disability you can be sure to get the right advice and support to meet your needs.
If you’re a higher education student eligible for the Disabled Students Allowance you will be entitled to a 'needs assessment' to make sure you've got the extra help to access your studies. This can include:

Our DSA Assessments are mainly being delivered over the phone or via video call. However, face-to-face assessments can be conducted if preferred. Please contact the centre for further details. The Access Centre provides a caring and personalised approach to each assessment, making sure you can access the additional support to meet your study needs. The cost of your assessment is covered by your funding body and is fully inclusive, which means one assessment fee will cover all work required for the duration of your course of study.
